What You'll Be Building
Residential and Light Commercial Framing
Framing is the backbone of every build. As a framing contractor serving Helena and Clancy, we build structures designed to stand up to Montana weather for decades.
Decks, Fences, and Exterior Construction
From backyard decks to property-line fences and other exterior projects, this is outdoor work that homeowners use and enjoy every day.
Finish Carpentry
When a project calls for it, you'll help with the finish work that turns a solid build into a polished one.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Residential and light commercial framing
Decks, fences, and exterior construction
Finish carpentry as needed
Reading and working from plans
Operating hand and power tools safely
Working alongside our excavation, landscaping, and other Silvertip crews when needed
Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional
What We're Looking For
A quality carpenter isn't just someone with experience. It's someone who shows up, does it right, and makes the crew better. You'll need:
Carpentry experience (required)
A valid Montana driver's license and reliable transportation
The ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all Montana weather conditions
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
